Visiting this website

This static website is hosted by GitHub Pages and is accessible through marioponeder.github.io and decentra.vision. Your browser sends technical information, such as your IP address and the requested resource, to the hosting provider when it loads a page.

GitHub states that it logs and stores visitors' IP addresses for security purposes. GitHub determines its own service logging and retention practices; Decentra Vision does not operate a separate visitor analytics system. See GitHub Pages' data collection information and the GitHub General Privacy Statement, including information about international transfers.

To the extent that Decentra Vision processes technical data to provide and secure this website, the legal basis is its legitimate interest in a reliable and secure web presence under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Cookies, analytics, and local assets

This website does not set cookies, use browser storage to track visitors, or load analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts, images, and other page assets are served with the website. No external font services, social media widgets, videos, or quote forms are embedded.

Contacting me

If you contact me by email, I process the information you provide, including your email address and message, to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, discuss or perform an engagement. Email service providers process messages as part of delivery and storage.

For enquiries relating to an engagement, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps before entering into a contract or performance of a contract). Other correspondence is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or engagement. Where records must be retained to meet legal obligations, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR applies. Retention may also be necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

External links and social profiles

Social buttons and report links are ordinary links. The linked service receives a request when you follow a link, and its own privacy terms apply. Clicking an email link opens your chosen email application; no contact form submission is sent by this website. The copy-email button writes only the public business email address to your clipboard when you click it.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, and data portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent for the future.

To exercise your rights in relation to data processed by Decentra Vision, contact m.poneder@decentra.vision. You may lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, including the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
